Revise It is an educational technology company based in South Africa. We build assessment tools for teachers and departments in the FET phase.

2. What information we collect

When you request our catalogue or apply to join our pilot, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your cellphone number (pilot form only)
• Your school name and role
• Your department's subject area, grade levels, and size
• Your responses to open-ended questions about your challenges and goals

3. Why we collect it

We use this information solely to:

• Send you the requested catalogue
• Contact you to discuss the pilot programme
• Understand your context so we can serve you better

We will not use your information for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

4. How we store it

Your information is stored securely using Tally (our form provider). We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or until you request deletion.

6. Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent at any time
